Security deposits

Track security deposits held in escrow for your active lease agreements. Upon move-out, deposits are refunded back to the tenant. If there are discrepancies with the property — damage beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent, or cleaning per the lease — the deposit is released to the host to cover those costs, per Georgia law.
